The study aimed to: Identify the reality of the transformational leadership the administrative performance of the directors of secondary schools in Tabuk’s directorate of Education, and to know the significance of differences in estimates’ teachers and directors of secondary education in Tabuk’s directorate of education with reality of the practice of secondary education schools directors to the introduction of transformational leadership due to the variable (experience, nationality, sex, and the nature of the work) The Study Recommended a Number of Results Including: secondary education schools’ directors in Tabuk’s directorate of education practice the introduction of transformational leadership significantly and in varying degrees, where the degree of practice for the introduction of transformational leadership at (gravity) a large degree with a mean (2.52) and in the center of (individual considerations) with a mean (2.50) and the axis (enabling workers) with a mean (2.50) and in the center of (intellectual stimulation) with a mean (2.48) and axis (intellectual stimulation) with a mean (2.46). While there are no statistically significant differences due to the variable (experience, nationality, sex, and the nature of work) in the axe( gravity, individual considerations, allow workers to intellectual arousal) while there are relevant differences statistically significant due to the variable (sex) in the axis (intellectual stimulation).
