يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة درجة تطبيق قيادة جامعة الملك خالد لمعايير ادارة التميز في ضوء الأنموذج الأوربي EFQM من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات درجة التطبيق وفقا لمتغيرات: الرتبة العلمية، التخصص، عدد سنوات الخدمة بالجامعة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (350) عضو هيئة التدريس في العام الدراسي 1438-1439هـ، وجمعت البيانات بواسطة استبيان تضمن (60) مؤشرا توزعت بين (9) معايير للتميز: القيادة، والسياسات والاستراتيجيات، الموارد البشرية، العلاقات والموارد المادية، العمليات الإدارية، نتائج رضا المستفيدين، نتائج رضا العاملين، نتائج خدمة المجتمع، نتائج الأداء الرئيسية، وخضعت اداة البحث لتحكيم عينة من الخبراء، واستخدام معامل بيرسون لمعرفة ثبات الأداة بطريقة التطبيق واعادة التطبيق، واستخدم المتوسط الحسابي لحساب متوسط درجة التطبيق للمعايير، والاختبار التائي لمعرفة دلالة الفروق في متوسطات درجة التطبيق، واستخدام تحليل التباين الاحادي لحساب الفروق الاحصائية في درجة التطبيق وفقا لمتغيري: الدرجة العلمية وعدد سنوات الخدمة. وأظهرت النتائج على مستوى الأنموذج الأوربي للتميز بأن متوسط درجة تطبيق المعايير بجامعة الملك خالد بلغت (3.03)، وتمثل درجة (متوسطة) وتعبر عن درجة تطبيق مقبولة وفقا للوسط الحسابي النظري المعياري(3) للمقياس الخماسي؛ الذي يمثل الحد الأدنى للقبول بجودة التطبيق، وحققت المحك (6) معايير للتميز، بينما أخفقت (3) معايير عن تحقيق الحد الأدنى للقبول بدرجة التطبيق، واظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة التطبيق تعزى لصالح التخصصات الانسانية، وفروق في متغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح درجة استاذ مشارك، وإلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة بالجامعة. The current research aims at identifying the degree of applying the standards of excellence management in the light of the EFQM Excellence Model by the leadership of King Khalid University from faculty members' point of view and at identifying whether there are statistically significant differences in the mean scores of application according to the variables of scientific rank, specialization, and number of experience years. To collect data, the researcher used a questionnaire composed of (60) indicators distributed among (9) criteria for excellence: leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, relationships and material resources, administrative processes, results of beneficiary satisfaction, results of employee satisfaction, results of community service, and the main results of performance. After verifying the validity and reliability of the instrument, it was administered to (350) faculty members during the academic year 1438-1439.The results revealed that the mean score of application of the standards of excellence at King Khalid University was (3.03) which is a medium degree and which expresses an acceptable degree of application. While (6) criteria reached the minimum limit of acceptable degree of application, (3) criteria failed. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of application in favor of human specializations and according to the variable of scientific rank in favor of the rank of associate professor. However, the results showed that there are no significant differences according to the variable of number of experience years.(Published Abstract)
