يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمات الروضة في إدارة السلوك الصفي للأطفال في سلطنة عمان، وتكونت عيّنة الدراسة من 19 معلمة-روضة "غير تربويات"، وتم اعتماد المنهج شبه التجريبي. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: تأكيد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية إدارة السلوك الصفي لدى المعلمات؛ وفعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الاستراتيجيات الأساسية وعدد من الاستراتيجيات الفرعية لإدارة المعلمة للسلوك الصفي مثل: استراتيجية الإبعاد المؤقت، والتجاهل، والقصة، ولعب الأدوار، والفن. The current study aims to explore the impact and effectiveness of a training program designed for uncertified (non-education degree) kindergarten teachers in the Sultanate Oman to manage the preschool children behavior in classrooms. The sample consisted of 19 kindergarten teachers “non-education degree”. The study relied on a quasi-experimental curriculum. One of the most important results of the study is the effectiveness of the program in the development of basic- strategies in the teachers’ classroom behavior management, as well as the effectiveness of the program in the development of a number of sub-strategies of the management of classroom behavior such as time out, ignoring, story, role- playing and art.
