The study sought to identify the degree of commitment of teachers and teachers of Palestinian schools to the ethics of the teaching profession and the rules of conduct from the point of view of school principals. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to the sample of 324 managers and managers. The results of the study indicate that the degree of commitment of teachers and teachers of Palestinian schools to the ethics of the education profession and the rules of conduct from the point of view of school principals in the six fields of study were high. (Published Abstract)
