This search to: 1) Building an educational program based on the thinking produced in the achievement and motivation for the release of students of the Department of Special Education in the Faculty of Basic Education in the decision of mental excellence. 2) To recognize the effectiveness of the educational program based on the investigation produced in the motivation to excel in the students of the Department of Special Education: Zero Hypothesis: There was no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0,05) between the average score of students of the Department of Special Education in the Faculty of Basic Education in the experimental group who studied the mental excellence course according to the product performance program and their peers in the control group who studied the usual way in motivation To excel. The instrument was modified to measure the motivation for excellence developed by the students of the two research groups and their treatments in general. (Published Abstract)
