This study aimed at recognizing (the Effect Guided Writing Strategy on development the Creative Writing Skills of Second in termed). In order to achieve the study purposes, the researcher used semi-experimental method which depends on designing both experimental and controlled groups. So, he prepared for that a number of research instruments and materials that represented in preparing a list of creative writing skills and their behavioral signs, and an achievement test to measure creative writing skills (targeted for developing), also, preparing teacher book to teach the strategy of guided expression. After the researcher ensured the reliability of the study materials and instruments, and measured their validity, he started to apply them on the study sample which was chosen intentionally, and which consisted of (86) male and female students of the Second intermediate in AL-Nakheel Secondary School that is fart of the general directorate of Babylon education, It is distributed on two groups one is experimental and the other is restricted. And after the end after the ending of applying period, and conducting the post test, the researcher used a set of statistical treatments in order to reach into the study findings, so the findings showed that there were statistical differences at the level ( 0.05) in improving creative writing skills as whole according to sex variable and in favor of females. In light of the study findings, the researcher recommended with the importance of using guided writing strategy in improving creative writing skills. (Published Abstract)
