هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، وأسباب تزايد الاهتمام بالجودة في كليات إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال، إضافة إلى طرح مقترح لإعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بالإطلاع على الأدبيات المتعلقة بمتطلبات الجودة والتوجهات الأخلاقية والأدبية، وعلى الدراسات التي تناولت واقع كليات رياض الأطفال وإعداد المعلم فيها. وفي نهاية الدراسة طرح الباحث متصوّرا لتطوير نظام إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، بحيث تشدّد عملية التطبيق على توافر مجموعة من الشروط. The study aimed to know the requirements of the Nanny kindergarten preparation at the university in light of comprehensive quality standards, and the increasing interest reasons in quality standards in preparing Nanny in kindergarten colleges, In addition to table a proposal to set up a nanny kindergarten at the university in light of the overall quality standards, the Researcher adopted descriptive and analytical approach, through access to literature on quality requirements of ethical and moral trends, and studies on the reality of the kindergarten teacher preparation colleges. At the end of the study, the researcher put forward a proposal to develop a system for preparing Nanny kindergarten at the university in the light of the overall quality standards so that the application process depends on the availability of a range of conditions.
