AB هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، وأسباب تزايد الاهتمام بالجودة في كليات إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال، إضافة إلى طرح مقترح لإعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بالإطلاع على الأدبيات المتعلقة بمتطلبات الجودة والتوجهات الأخلاقية والأدبية، وعلى الدراسات التي تناولت واقع كليات رياض الأطفال وإعداد المعلم فيها. وفي نهاية الدراسة طرح الباحث متصوّرا لتطوير نظام إعداد مربية رياض الأطفال في الجامعة في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، بحيث تشدّد عملية التطبيق على توافر مجموعة من الشروط. At the end of the study, the researcher put forward a proposal to develop a system for preparing Nanny kindergarten at the university in the light of the overall quality standards so that the application process depends on the availability of a range of conditions.
