The study aims to uncover the prevailing administrative patterns among the principals in Irbid governorate and its relation to the security of teachers in the schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Irbid Governorate. The study population is composed of all 1337 teachers in the Irbid governorate, Basic school, And (25) secondary schools. The study sample consisted of (304) teachers who were randomly selected. To achieve the objectives of the study, the management styles were developed. The study showed that the degree of availability of management styles is moderate, as follows: Democratic administration came in first place, and to a great extent, the second rank came in the middle grade, the third was the middle class, and the autocratic style came in the middle grade. The results of the study on the second question showed that the degree of security of the teachers in Irbid governorate is generally high. This indicates that the teachers in Irbid governorate feel safe. The level of anxiety, tension and pressure at the work level is low. Therefore, the overall level of their feeling of security Career is high. (Published Abstract)
