This paper aims at identifying the factors influencing the training requirements for the teachers of the first classes in the primary stage in the City of Ha'il in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia from the teachers' point of view. The sample consists of (124) male and female teachers. To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher has employed the descriptive method using the questionnaire designed by the researcher as a tool. The statistical data have been analyzed by (SPSS). (Published Abstract)
