The current study aimed to examine the relationship between the strategic thinking of the heads of departments in Al-Jouf presidents and the Big Five Factors. The study was applied on a random sample of )60( Chairmen of the Departments from both Sience and Arts section, with an average age )49.65( and standard deviation of )4.23(. The correlation was calculated and results showed a positive correlation between strategic thinking and the Big Five Factors of the heads of departments, and the obtained results revealed that no statistically significant differences among the heads of department from Arts and Sience Section on Strategic Thinking, but there were significant diffrences among than on The Big Five Factors.(Published Abstract)
