AU - أخرس، نائل محمد عبد الرحمن AB - The current study aimed to examine the relationship between the strategic thinking of the heads of departments in Al-Jouf presidents and the Big Five Factors. The study was applied on a random sample of )60( Chairmen of the Departments from both Sience and Arts section, with an average age )49.65( and standard deviation of )4.23(.
