Our aim in this research to reveal the reality of each of the Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment among faculty and their assistants members of the Faculty of Education, University of Zagazig, and the disclosure of the nature of the relationship between them and visualize a proposal to strengthen each other, and the study used the descriptive analytical method, was conducted a field study applied on a representative sample faculty members and their assistants faculty at all levels: Professor N. Assistant Professor, Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, and the study found that there is a close relationship between each of the organizational trust and organizational Commitment, and that the greater the degree of regulatory confidence increased loyalty organizational rate, and that the greater the degree organizational trust increased organizational loyalty rate, and that the highest proportions of trust investigation on the ground of trust in colleagues, followed by confidence in the management of the college and then taking confidence in the heads of departments. The study provided a vision and a proposal for an integrated training program can contribute to strengthening and consolidating all of the organizational trust and organizational loyalty and consolidate their relationship.
