This study aimed at specifying the level of bioethics among Saudi secondary school students and investigating their attitudes towards those ethics. To achieve the above mentioned aims, the researcher prepared a level of bioethics test, and an attitude measurement instrument. These tools were applied on a sample of Saudi secondary school students which consisted of 62 students from third grade secondary taken from two government boys schools, one of the schools was of credits system (courses) and the other was of general system. The results of the study showed that the level of the bioethics among Saudi secondary school students is less than 75% which means that it is below the competency level, while their attitudes towards bioethics were above 75%. The results also showed that there is no correlation between the level of bioethics and attitudes towards them. (Published Abstract)
