The study aimed to identify the importance of the partnership between the university and the productive enterprises, also aimed to find out the most successful experiences in partnership between universities and the productive enterprises, and how such a partnership can be directed to solve the problems phosphate project Abu Tartor in New Valley Governorate The study was based on the descriptive approach suits the nature of the study. The study found conceived proposal for the University of Science desert as an input to activate the community partnership between universities and institutions productivity. One of the main recommendations referred to study the establishment of a specialized body adopts coordination between the university centers of scientific research and community institutions productivity as sites for practical application, and that in the development of the development plan and to overcome what faced obstacles, whether participating conducting scientific research applied to solve the problems of a community or was involved with officials in the workplace or community consultation awareness.(Published Abstract)
