In our current time, we face a remarked development in the educational process in many fields. So it becomes necessary to develop courses and teaching methods according to the recent teaching means. This is the reason of this development by following the philosophy modern philosophy in teaching to reach the educational targets. This development requires special kind and methods in instruction through continuous development in the professional sufficiency and training courses for teachers related to the teaching process. This strategy is considered the most important strategies in education because of the need for this strategy by the teachers in the process of teaching in general. It was needed to divide the research in to five themes and they are: The firs theme delt with the problem and importance of the research. The second theme delt with the creation of this strategy. In the third theme we talked about the gaining of the conceptions. The fourth theme delt with the conceptions. As for the fifth it consist Arabic and foreign studies which are related with the subject of the research. (Published Abstract)
