The current research aims to identify the Commitment to the ethical rules among the pedagogical counselors according to age and service period. The study sample consisted of (100) counselors (males and females): (50) counselors from Directorate of first Karakh and (50) counselors from Directorate of second Karakh. Commitment to the ethical rules scale (Khafaf and Aloun, 2006) was used. Validity and reliability of the scale were verified. For analyzing the results statistically, Pearson correlation coefficient was used for the extraction of stability through test re-test method and analysis of variance to extract the significance of differences in arithmetic means according to age and service period, T-test for one sample to extract the significance of differences between the average scores in commitment to ethical rules among the pedagogical counselors and assumed mean of the scale, and the standard error of the equation. Among the findings that counselors had commitment to the ethical rules because the results showed the arithmetic mean was higher than the assumed mean of the scale. (Published Abstract)
