The research aims to reveal the self-awareness of the teaching of Physical Education in Kurdistan universities, and researchers used the descriptive manner Survey suits the nature of the research problem and formed the sample (160) of the teaching of Physical Education in Kurdistan universities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were to build scale to measure self-awareness has been achieved researchers from the psychometric properties of the scale were extracted semantics validity and reliability of the scale. The researchers then apply the measure on a sample basic research and unloading data and processing the results statistically. In light of the results of the study, it was concluded the most important conclusions and recommendations at the end of the search. (Published Abstract)
