This study aimed to recognize the levels of psychological adjustment for the gifted and talented students in the pioneer's centers and to investigate their causes of joining these centers. It also aimed to recognize the relation between the psychological adjustment for the gifted and talented students and the causes of their attachment to the pioneer's centers. The researchers used two scales: the first one was a scale of causes of engagement to the pioneer's centers developed for the student; the second talented students in Ein al basha pioneer center in Balqa governorate in Jordan. The data was collected and the statistics analysis was done by counting the means and deviations; to show the differences between the means, we used "T" test. The result showed that the psychological adjustment was high in general. The family's adjustment was the most, and the emotional adjustment was the lowest, also there were differences in social adjustment related to the sex variable in favor of the females. Also the result showed that the psychological causes were the most for the gifted and talented students to join the pioneer's centers, and the family's causes were the lowest. By the way, the result showed that there were two relations: the first was between emotional adjustment and the psychological causes, and the second between family's adjustment and academic causes of gifted and talented students to join pioneer's centers.
