هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى معرفة واستخدام أخصائي التخاطب والممارسين للممارسات المبنية على الأدلة في علاج اضطرابات التواصل ومعوقات تطبيقها. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (38) عبارة من إعداد الباحث. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (26) أخصائيا وممارسا بواقع (12) أخصائي تخاطب و(14) ممارس. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: مستوى معرفة أخصائي التخاطب والممارسين للممارسات المبنية على الأدلة في مجال علاج اضطرابات التواصل متوسط، ودرجة استخدام أخصائي التخاطب والممارسين للممارسات المبنية على الأدلة مرتفعة، وجود معوقات تواجهه استخدام الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة من قبل أخصائي التخاطب والممارسين بدرجة مرتفعة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معرفة واستخدام أخصائي التخاطب والممارسين بالممارسات المبنية على الأدلة المستخدمة ومعوقات تطبيقها تعزي لمتغيرات الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، الوظيفة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة تنظيم الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل حول الممارسات المبنية على الأدلة لأخصائي التخاطب والممارسين. The study aimed to identify the level of knowledge and use of speech therapists and practitioners of evidence-based practices in treating communication disorders and the obstacles to their application. The descriptive analytical approach was used. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of (38) statements prepared by the researcher. The study sample consisted of (26) specialists and practitioners, including (12) speech therapists and (14) practitioners. The most important results of the study are: the level of knowledge of speech therapists and practitioners of evidence-based practices in the field of treating communication disorders is middle, and the degree of use of evidence-based practices by speech therapists and practitioners is high. There are many obstacles facing speech therapists and practitioners in using evidence-based practices. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge and use of speech therapists and practitioners of evidence-based practices and the obstacles to their application attributed to the variables of gender, years of experience, and job. One of the most important recommendations of the study is the need to organize training courses and workshops on evidence-based practices for speech therapists and practitioners. (Published abstract)
