هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لمديري المدارس الأساسية ومديراتها ومساعديهم في مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية في الأردن، تبعًا لمتغيرات الدراسة: الجنس، والتصنيف الوظيفي، والمنطقة التعليمية، وسنوات الخبرة. تألفت عينة الدراسة من 242 مديرًا ومديرة، ومديرًا مساعدًا ومديرة مساعدة، في المناطق التعليمية: منطقة جنوبي عمان التعليمية، ومنطقة الزرقاء التعليمية، ومنطقة شمالي عمان التعليمية. ولتحقيق أهداف للدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد أظهرت أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن أفراد العينة بحاجة كبيرة إلى التدرب على المجالات: التقنيات التربوية، التقويم، وبدرجة متوسطة بحاجة إلى التدرب على المجالات: إتخاذ القرارات، المجال الفني المهني التطويري، التخطيط والتنظيم المدرسي، المجتمع المحلي، وبدرجة قليلة بحاجة إلى التدرب على المجالات: الإداري، شؤون الطلبة. وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية تبعًا لمتغير التصنيف الوظيفي، على الدرجة الكلية وعلى جميع مجالات الدراسة باستثناء مجال التقنيات التربوية، ولمصلحة المدير المساعد والمديرة المساعدة، وعدم وجود فروق في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية معًا لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق تبعًا لمتغير الخبرة على الدرجة الكلية وجميع مجالات الدراسة باستثناء مجال التقويم، ولمصلحة ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات). This study aimed to identify the training needs of school Head teachers and Asistant Head teachers at UNRWA basic schools in Jordan from their perspectives in light of the study variables of gender, job classification, area of education and years of experience. The study sample consisted of 242 male and female school Head teachers and Assistant Head teachers in UNRWA four education areas: South Amman Education Area, Zarqa Education Area, and North Amman Education Area. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used. Results of the study showed that the degree of the members of the study sample’s need for training in some aspects such as educational technology, and assessment was high. However, the degree of their needs was moderate in the other training aspects mainly decision-making, technical and professional developmental, planning, school organization, and relations with the local community. While the degree of their needs was low in other aspects such as administration and students’ affairs. The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of the school Head teachers’ training needs according to the gender variable. There were also statistically significant differences in the degree of training needs according to the variable of job classification on the total degree and all domains of study except for educational technology in favor of the male and female Assistant Head teachers. The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of training needs according to the variable of education area. The results also indicated that there were statistically no significant differences in the degree of training needs according to the variable of work experience on the total degree and all the domains of the study except for the assessment domain in favor of school Head teachers and Assistant Head teachers who have less than 5 years work experiences as school principals.
