هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بجودة حياة أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بمرحلة التدخل المبكر، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 220 فرداً من آباء وأمهات ممن لديهم طفل ذو إعاقة، وملتحق بأحد برامج بمرحلة التدخل المبكر، منهم 113 أباً، و107 أمهاتً، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين 20-50 سنة، بمتوسط عمري 36.854، وانحراف معياري 10.822، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01 بين المساندة الاجتماعية وشعور أولياء الأمور بجودة حياتهم الأسرية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آباء الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأمهاتهم بمرحلة التدخل المبكر في شعورهم بالرضا عن جودة حياتهم الأسرية لصالح الآباء، كما كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أولياء أمور ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وكل من أولياء أمور ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية وذوي اضطرابات التوحد في شعورهم بالرضا عن جودة حياتهم الأسرية لصالح أولياء أمور ذوي صعوبات التعلم. The study aimed at identifying relationship between social support and quality of life of parents of children with disabilities at early intervention. The study sample consisted of 220 special needs parents of children with special needs enrolled in integration programs in Riyadh city (113 fathers and 107 mothers), with age ranging from 20 to 50 years (m=36.854) and standard deviation of 10.882. Results indicated that there was a statistically significant positive correlation at level 0.01 between social support and parents' feelings of family quality of life. There were statistically significant differences between fathers and mothers with special needs in their satisfaction with family quality of life in favor of fathers. There were also statistically significant differences between parents of individuals with learning difficulties and parents of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in their satisfaction with family quality of life in favor of the former.
