تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف بأهمية استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية في عملية تدريب المعلمين، وتدرس الأثر الإيجابي لإمتلاك المعلمين للمهارات التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية. ويتطرق البحث إلى أهمية إدخال تكنولوجيا التعليم في المناهج الدراسية والأساليب التعليمية، وهذا ما يوجب أهمية تمكين المعلمين من التقنيات التكنولوجية التي تسهم في العلمية التعليمية. كما يتطرق البحث إلى التحديات التي تواجه عمليات تدريبية المعلمين، وكيف يمكن تخطي تلك التحديات. ولهذا يقدم البحث نماذج لوسائل تدريبية ولبرامج التي يمكن الإستفادة منها في في العملية التعليمية. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للقيام بهذه الدراسة لموافقته مقتضايات البحث، وقد تم إستطلاع آراء المعلمين من خلال إستبيان الكتروني لأهمية استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا في التعليم وتمكين المعلمين من تلك الوسائل. وتخلص الدراسة إلى تقديم الإقتراحات والتوصيات التي من شأنها الإضاءة على أهمية تدريب المعلمين على الوسائل الحديثة وتمكينهم من البرامج الالكترونية التي تسهل عملية التعليم، والتي بطبيعة الحال تنعكس إيجاباً على المتعلمين والعملية التعليمية بشكل عام. This study seeks to identify the importance of using technological means in the teacher training process, and examines the positive impact of teachers’ technological skills on the educational process. The research deals with the importance of introducing educational technology in curricula and educational methods, and this necessitates the importance of empowering teachers with technological technologies that contribute to educational science. The research also addresses the challenges facing teacher training processes, and how these challenges can be overcome. Therefore, the research provides examples of training methods and programs that can be used in the educational process. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to carry out this study as it agreed with the requirements of the research. Teachers’ opinions were surveyed through an electronic questionnaire of the importance of using technology means in education and empowering teachers with those means. The study is concluded with presenting suggestions and recommendations that would illuminate the importance of training teachers on modern means and enable them to have electronic programs that facilitate the teaching process, which has a [positive impact on the learners in specific and the educational process in general.
