هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء نموذج سبيرز، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (158) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء نموذج سبيرز جاءت عالية بصورة إجمالية، كما جاءت عالية في جميع أبعاد الدراسة وهي: الاستماع، والتعاطف، والمُعالجة، والوعي، والإقناع، والتصور المستقبلي، والبصيرة، والإدارة والإشراف، والالتزام بنمو الأفراد، وبناء المجتمع. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي،ولكن وجدت هذه الفروق في متغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة البكالوريوس. The present study aimed to identify the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions for school principals in South al Sharqiyah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Spears Model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (158) teachers. The results of the study reached that the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions for school principals in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Spears Mode was came generally high degree; They also came high degree in all fields listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of people and community Building; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are sex, years of experience, and job title. However, these differences were found in the scientific qualification variable and in favor of the bachelor's holders. (Published abstract)
