هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة استراتيجيات التنمية البشرية الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء متغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، ونوع الوظيفة، والبرنامج الدراسي (التخصص). لتحقيق هذا الهدف طبقت استبانة لقياس الاستراتيجيات من أجل التنمية البشرية على عينة مكونة من 192 عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يأتي: كانت تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة للاستراتيجيات من أجل التنمية البشرية مرتفعة في المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية بينما كانت مرتفعة جداً في المجال الثقافي. عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستراتيجيات الجامعة المختلفة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الاستراتيجيات الاجتماعية والثقافية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المدرسين من ذوي حملة شهادة الدكتوراة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاستراتيجيات الاقتصادية والسياسية تبعاً لهذا المتغير. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الاستراتيجيات الاجتماعية والسياسية تبعاً لمتغير نوع الوظيفة لصالح المدرسين المتفرغين، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاستراتيجيات الثقافية والاقتصادية تبعاً لهذا المتغير. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الاستراتيجيات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية تبعاً لمتغير التخصص لصالح المدرسين في التخصصات التربوية والحاسوب، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاستراتيجية السياسية تبعاً لهذا المتغير. This study aimed at the estimations of Al – Quds Open University (QOU) strategies for human development in viewpoint of it's teaching staff members in light of the variables: Gender, qualification, types of employments, and specialization. To achieve this purpose a questionnaire for measuring the human development strategies applied at a sample consisted of (192) teachers from (QOU. Results showed the following: 1) The teachers' estimates for this human strategies development in the social, economical, and political domains were high, while it was very high in the cultural domain. 2) There were no significant differences in teachers' staff members estimating for the strategies for human development: social, cultural, economical, and political due to gender variable. 3) There were significant differences in teachers staff members estimating for the strategies for human development, social and cultural due to qualifications variable in favor of PHD. degree teachers, whereas there were no significant differences in economical, and political strategies due to this variable. 4) There were significant differences in teachers staff members estimating for the strategies for human development: social and political due to type of employment variable in favor of full - timers teachers, whereas there were no significant differences in cultural and economical strategies due to this variable.5) There were significant differences in teachers staff members estimating for the strategies for human development: social, cultural, and economical due to specialization variable in favor of educational and computer specialization, whereas there were no significant differences in political strategy due to this variable.
