تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أسباب عزوف الطلبة عن الانخراط في مشاريع حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات السعودية، وتطرح في مقابل هذه الأسباب أساليبا تشجع الطلبة على البدء في مشروعاتهم، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 103 من طلبة جامعات (الملك سعود، الملك فيصل، الملك فهد، الإمام محمد بن سعود)، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن حاضنات الأعمال في الجامعات السعودية تشترك في تقديم الخدمات التالية: تقديم الاستشارات، المساعدة في دراسات الجدوى، التنسيق مع الجهات المانحة للتمويل، توفير المكان والبيئة المناسبة لانطلاق المشروع، الاستفادة من مرافق ومختبرات الجامعة فيما يخدم المشروع، التدريب. وأن أكثر الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى عزوف الطلبة عن الانخراط في مشاريع حاضنات الأعمال بالجامعات هي: أسباب أكاديمية بنسبة (83.9%)، ثم الأسباب المتعلقة بالحاضنة (83.75%)، وجاءت الأسباب الاقتصادية بنسبة (80.5%)، أما الأسباب الشخصية فجاءت بنسبة (74.66%)، وأخيرا الأسباب الاجتماعية (66.2%). كما أن نسبة موافقة الطلبة والطالبات على أساليب تشجيعهم للانخراط في مشاريع حاضنات الأعمال في الجامعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية جاءت بنسبة (عالية جدا) وهي (90.5%) وهي تدل على رغبة حقيقية في التغلب على أسباب عزوفهم، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتقديم الدعم المادي الكافي والجريء للمشاريع المطلوبة في سوق العمل، وربط المناهج بواقع الطلبة وسوق العمل، والاهتمام بالإعلان والتسويق لحاضنة الأعمال بالجامعة وبرامجها وخدماتها. This study aims at clarifying the reasons for students' reluctance to enroll in the business incubator projects in Saudi universities, for these reasons, she sets up methods that encourage students to start their projects, the study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, and the study sample 103 students from the universities (King Saud, King Faisal, King Fahd, Imam Muhammad Bin Saud), the results of this study indicate that business incubators in Saudi universities participate in the following services: consulting, assistance in feasibility studies, coordination with donors for funding, provide the place and environment suitable for the start of the project, taking advantage of the facilities and laboratories of the university in the service of the project, training. The reasons that lead to the reluctance of students to enroll in the business incubator projects in the universities are: academic reasons (83.9%), reasons for incubators (83.75%), economic reasons (80.5%), (74.66%) and finally social causes (66.2%). The percentage of students' approval for the methods of encouraging them to enroll in incubator projects in universities in Saudi Arabia came at a very high percentage (90.5%), it shows a genuine desire to overcome the reasons for their reluctance, the study recommended the provision of adequate and courageous financial support for the required projects in the labor market, linking the curricula to the students and the labor market, and the interest in advertising and marketing for the business incubator in the university and its programs and services.
