The aim of this research is to know the educational standards necessary for the Arabic language teachers of non-Arabic speakers related to the skill of listening and be able to follow the strategies of education and skills and how to apply, as well as the ability to speak and be able to follow the strategies of education and skills and how to apply. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The research community is composed of teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers at the Institute of Arabic Language Teaching for non-native speakers of the Ministry of Education and the Higher Institute of Languages of the University of Damascus. After analyzing the results, the researcher reached a list of the educational standards required for the teachers of the Arabic language for non-native speakers related to the skills of listening and speaking, and to be able to follow their education strategies and skills and how to apply them.
