ھدفت الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة من موظفي وزارة التربية الوطنية، العاملين بمديرية الموارد البشرية، وتحديد مصادر الرضا، والكشف عن الفروق فيه بناء على متغيرات النوع، السن، والخبرة. تم تطبيق استمارة "مينوسوتا" لقياس الرضا الوظيفي لدى عينة مكونة من 120 موظفا وموظفة. وأظهرت النتائج أن الموظفين يتمتعون بمستوى رضا وظيفي متوسط، كما توصلت أيضا إلى أن مصدر الرضا لديهم يرجع إلى العوامل الداخلية للشغل. وخلصت في الأخير إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغيرات النوع والسن والخبرة. وفي الأخير، تمت مناقشة النتائج على ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة. The study aimed at measuring the job satisfaction level among a sample of employees in the Human Resources division in the Ministry of National Education, in addition to identifying its sources and exploring the differences in job satisfaction based on gender, age and experience. The Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire was used on a sample of 120 employees. The results asserted that participants enjoy an average level of job satisfaction. Their satisfaction comes from intrinsic factors. Significant statistical differences are found between the employees on the level of job satisfaction due to sex, age and experience. Our results were discussed in the light of the previous results. (Published Abstract)
