هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة الإشرافية في تفعيل التقويم البديل في البرامج التابعة لوزارة التعليم في المرحلة الثانوية في المدراس الحكومية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تقدم خطة تربوية فردية لكل طالب على حدة تبعا لقدراته وفروقه الفردية كما تتضمن الخطة برامج تسعى لتطوير عدة جوانب من خلال أنشطة صفية كغير صفية، وقد تعرضت الباحثان لمجموعة من المفاهيم كالمصطلحات، وأوضحت مميزات التقويم البديل من حيث الشمولية والمرونة والتعاون والواقعية والاستمرارية، وكذلك ذكرت الباحثتان العديد من أساليب ومن أهمها التقويم الذاتي وتقويم الأقران، والتقويم القائم على ملف الإنجاز، وغيرها من الأساليب، كما توجد بعض المعوقات التي تواجه عملية التقويم البديل كشعور الطلبة بعدم الارتياح لإدخال نوع جديد من التقويم غير الذي اعتادوا عليه، وكراهية المعلمين لترك التقويم التقليدي وقلة فهم الوالدين لتقويم الأداء الصفي، وللتغلب على المعوقات قدمت الباحثتان مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: 1) ضرورة إعداد دليل للمعلم نحو استخدام طرق أساليب التقويم البديل. 2) إعادة النظر في الممارسات التقويمية الحالية التي تعتمد على الاختبارات التقليدية، ووضع الآليات لاستخدام التقويم البديل. 3) عقد الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل اللازمة لتدريب كافة أعضاء العملية التعليمية نحو كيفية استخدام أساليب التقويم البديل. 4) العمل على تخفيف الأعباء المنوط بها المعلمين، حتى يتفرغوا لمتابعة الطلاب وتقويمهم. The study aimed to identify the role of the supervisory department in activating the alternative evaluation in the programs of the Ministry of Education in secondary school in the governmental schools in Saudi Arabia, Which provides an individual educational plan for each student, Depending on its capabilities and individual differences. The plan also includes programs that seek to develop several aspects through classroom activities, non-classroom activities. The researchers presented a set of concepts and terminology, and explained the advantages of the alternative Evaluation in terms of inclusiveness, flexibility, cooperation, realism and continuity. The researchers also mentioned several methods, most notably the self-assessment and peer evaluation, the assessment based on the achievement file, and other methods there are also some constraints to the alternative assessment process as students feel uncomfortable to introduce a new kind of Evaluation they are used to, and the hatred of teachers to leave the traditional evaluation and the lack of understanding of parents to assess the performance of classroom, To overcome the obstacles, the researchers presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) The need to prepare a guide for the teacher towards the use of methods of alternative assessment methods. 2) Reconsidering existing assessment practices based on traditional tests, and developing mechanisms for using the alternative Evaluation. 3) Hold training courses and workshops to train all members of the educational process towards how to use alternative assessment methods. 4) Work on relieving the burden on teachers, so that they devote to follow-up and evaluation of students.
