هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى ممارسة مدير المدرسة الحكومية في القدس للإبداع الإداري في ضوء مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظرهم، وبيان أثر كل من: النوع الإجتماعي، والمؤهل العلمي، ومستوى المدرسة على ممارسة مدير المدرسة الحكومية في القدس للإبداع الإداري في ضوء مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة، تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكومية في مديرية القدس والبالغ عددهم (51) مديرا ومديرة، وتم أخذ مجتمع الدراسة بالكامل كعينة للدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، حيث تكونت الاستبانة من (20) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها بعرضها على محكمين، ومن ثباتها من خلال معامل كرونباخ ألفا. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج (SPSS). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة مدير المدرسة الحكومية في القدس للإبداع الإداري في ضوء مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة جاء بدرجة عالية. This study aimed to identify the degree the principal of the governmental school in Jerusalem practices Administrative Creativity in the light of the approach to Total Quality Management from their point of view, it also aims to indicate the impact of: gender, educational qualification, and school level. The study population consists of all principals of governmental schools in Jerusalem directorate; whose number is (51) male and female principals; given that the entire study population was selected as the study sample. The researcher used the questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study, as it consisted of (20) items, the validity of tool has been verified by presenting it to arbitrators, and also the reliability of the tool was verified using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Moreover, the analytical descriptive method was used for data analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program and coming out with the results. The results of the study showed that the practice of the principal of the public school in Jerusalem for Administrative Creativity in the light of the approach to Total Quality Management were of a “high” degree.
