هدف البحث إلى وضع قائمة لمعايير البيئة التعليمية الجاذبة ببرامج الدمج للصم وضعاف السمع، والتعرف على واقعها بمدينة الطائف، وتكونت عينة البحث من (84) معلما ومعلمة، وقد أعد الباحث قائمة لمعايير البيئة التعليمية الجاذبة ببرامج الدمج للصم وضعاف السمع، واستبيانا للتعرف على واقع تلك المعايير، ولمعالجة النتائج والتحقق من صحة الفروض تم استخدام المتوسط الحسابي واختبار (ت)، وأهم ما توصلت إليه نتائج البحث هو أن معايير البيئة التعليمية الجاذبة ببرامج الدمج للصم وضعاف السمع بمدينة الطائف تتوفر بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين والمعلمات في الدرجة الكلية لاستبيان واقع معايير البيئة التعليمية الجاذبة لبرامج الدمج للصم وضعاف السمع، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمي ومعلمات ضعاف السمع ومعلمي ومعلمات الصم في الدرجة الكلية للاستبيان، وتم تفسير النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري ونتائج البحوث السابقة. The aim of the research is to draw up a list of standards of the educational magnet environment in the integrated programs for the hearing impaired and to identify their reality in Taif city. The sample consisted of (84) teachers. The researcher prepared a list of standards of the educational magnet environment in the integrated programs for the hearing impaired and a questionnaire to recognize the reality of these standards. To address the results and validate the hypotheses, the arithmetic mean and T test were used. The most important finding of the research results is that the criteria of the magnet environment in the integration programs for the hearing impaired are available to a medium degree in Taif city. The absence of differences of statistical significance between the middle grades of female teachers and male teachers on the total score questionnaire of the reality of standards of the educational magnet environment in the integrated programs for the hearing impaired. As well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of the hearing-impaired teachers and deaf teachers in the total score of the questionnaire. The results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous researches. (Published abstract)
