هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي صعوبات التعلم ومعلمي التعليم العام نحو التدريس التشاركي في منطقة القصيم، والاختلافات في اتجاهاتهم تبعا لمتغيرات النوع وسنوات الخبرة في التدريس والمؤهل العلمي والمرحلة التعليمية. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث شارك 252 معلم ومعلمة منهم (81 معلم صعوبات التعلم و171 معلم تعليم عام) ولهذا الغرض تم إعداد استبانة وتم توزيعها بطريقة عشوائية، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث تصورات إيجابية للتدريس التشاركي، وعلى الرغم من المواقف الإيجابية العامة حول التدريس التشاركي، إلا أن النتائج أظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح درجة الماجستير فأعلى. مما يثبت أثر النمو المهني في تطوير العملية التعليمية. وبناء على النتائج أوصت الباحثة بإعداد دورات تدريبية تهدف لتطوير المعلمين أثناء الخدمة والتخطيط لعدد من الدورات التدريبية التي تهدف لتطوير جوانب المشاركة الفعالة ما بين معلمي التعليم العام ومعلمي صعوبات التعلم. The current study aimed to recognizing the attitudes of general education teachers and learning disabilities teachers towards co-teaching in Qassim region, and the differences in their union depending on the variables of years of experience in teaching, gender, educational qualification and educational stage. The research followed the descriptive method and sample of the study consisted of 252 teachers (171 general education teachers and 81 teachers of learning disabilities) who were chosen randomly. A questionnaire developed by the researcher was used for data collection. Although the attitudes about co-teaching was positive, the results showed statistically significant differences to t the educational qualification in master’s degree or higher. This indicates the effect of professional growth on the development of the learning process. Based on the results, the researcher recommended the preparation of training courses to developing the teachers in service and planning a training course to developing aspects of effective participation between general education teachers and learning disabilities teachers.
