تطرقنا في المقال المعنون بـ ” المخطط التواصلي بقطاع التربية والتكوين: استراتيجية لتأهيل الأكاديميات حالة الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش آسفي” إلى معالجة إشكالية غياب مخطط تواصلي كوثيقة مكتوبة داخل الأكاديمية وتأثيرها على العمليات المبرمجة في مخطط عملها السنوي. قمنا كذلك بتشخيص الوضعية التواصلية بمقر أكاديمية جهة مراكش آسفي مع إبراز العلاقة بين التخطيط والتواصل إضافة إظهار أهم الوسائل التي تعتمدها في مجال تواصلها الداخلي والخارجي والتعرف على علاقتها بمحيطها الخارجي وكيف تتواصل معه، عملنا كذلك على تحديد الإكراهات التي تعيق تحقيق الأهداف التواصلية بمؤسسة الدراسة وأنتجنا مخططا تواصليا يأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع الإكراهات المعرقلة لنجاح الأهداف المسطرة في مخطط العمل السنوي بالنسبة لأكاديمية جهة مراكش آسفي. In the article entitled “Communication plan for the education and training sector: A Strategy for Rehabilitation of Academies, the Case of Marrakech-Safi Regional Academy of Education and Training ” We addressed the problem of the absence of a communication plan as a written document within the Academy and its impact on the operations programmed in its annual work plan. We also diagnosed the communicative situation of the headquarters of Marrakech-Safi region Academy, highlighting the relationship between planning and communication, as well as showing the most important means adopted in the field of internal and external communication and identifying its relationship with its external environment and how it communicates with it. We also worked on identifying the constraints that hinder the achievement of the study institution communicative goals and produced a communication plan that takes into account all the constraints that hinder the success of the goals set in the annual work plan for the Marrakesh-Safi region academy.
