هدفت الدراسة لتقييم تجربة الإلكتروني لطلبة الدراسات العليا- الماجستير؛ ممن خضعوا للتجربة أثناء جائحة كورونا (Covid-19) جامعة القدس المفتوحة، وقد وضفت لأغراض الدراسة المنهج النوعي "المدخل الظاهري"، على عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا تخصص الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي البالغ عددهم (10). واستخدمت الدراسة المقابلة الفردية، بمقابلات مدتها (45-1:30)، واختير أفراد العينة بطريقة العينة القصدية، وتم الاكتفاء بعدد المبحوثين بسبب تشبع البيانات وتكرراها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة الرضا الكلية عن تجربة التعليم الإلكتروني طلبة الدراسات العليا أثناء جائحة كورنا التي خاضوا التجربة آنا ذاك كانت متوسطة، وأعربوا رغبتهم في تكرار التجربة إلكترونيا. وأظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة واجهت تحديات أثناء الجائحة على الصعيد الشخصي واللوجستي، وأوصت الدراسة بتعميم تجربة جامعة القدس المفتوحة داخل الجامعات الفلسطينية والعربية. The study aims to evaluate the electronic experience of postgraduate students - Masters; Those who underwent an experiment during the Corona (Covid-19) pandemic. Al-Quds Open University. For the purposes of the study. the qualitative approach “virtual entrance” was applied to a sample of postgraduate students majoring in psychological and educational counseling. numbering (10). The study used the individual interview. with a duration of (1:30-45) interviews. The sample members were chosen by the intentional sampling method, and the number of respondents was satisfied due to the saturation and repetition of the data. The results of the study showed that the overall satisfaction rate with the e-learning experience of postgraduate students during the Corona pandemic who went through the experiment at that time was medium, and they expressed their desire to repeat the experience electronically. The results showed that students faced challenges during the pandemic on a personal and logistical level, and the study recommended generalizing the experience of Al-Quds Open University within Palestinian and Arab universities.
