هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين البراعة التنظيمية وجودة المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان. ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف تم بناء إستبانة مكونة (63) فقرة موزعة على (7) أبعاد رئيسة وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على (100) مديراً ومديرة مدرسة. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن درجة توافر أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان كانت عالية، عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً في درجة توافر أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن درجة جودة المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان كانت عالية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية وجودة المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة تفويض بعض الصلاحيات للعاملين في المدرسة، وإشراكهم في اتخاذ القرارات، والتخطيط، ودعم الابتكار التربوي والتخطيطي فيها. This study aims at identifying the relationship between organizational prowess and the quality of the organizational climate in schools Governorate of Dakhiliyah, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire composed of 63 items was designed and distributed seven main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, was introduced to (65) school principal, One of the major findings of the study is that The degree of availability of organizational excellence dimensions in Al Dakhiliya Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman was high, There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of organizational excellence dimensions in Al Dakhiliya Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman at the significance level (α = 0.05) due to gender variables and academic qualification. The results also showed that the quality of the organizational climate in Al Dakhiliya schools in the Sultanate of Oman was high. And the existence of a correlation between the dimensions of organizational prowess and the quality of the organizational climate in the schools of Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of delegating some powers to the school personnel, and involving them in decision-making, planning, and supporting educational and planning innovation.
