هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تحقيق النمو المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظرهم، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة تحقيق النمو المهني، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2560) معلماً ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية النسبية، بنسبة (15%)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تحقيق النمو المهني ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)؛ كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α = 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في درجة تحقيق النمو المهني لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظرهم تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمرحلة الدراسية). وأوصت الدراسة بنشر ثقافة النمو المهني لدى العاملين في المدارس من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة . The study aimed to identify the degree of professional growth of school teachers in the Bani Obeid District From their point of view, the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of professional growth, where the study population consisted of (2560) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers who were chosen by the relative random method. , by (15%), and the results of the study showed that the degree of professional growth as a whole came to a (significant) degree; The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (= 0.05) between the responses of the study sample members in the degree of professional growth of primary school teachers in the Bani Obeid District from their point of view attributed to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and school stage). the study researcher recommends working to spread the culture of professional growth among school workers in order to achieve sustainable development.
