هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور استخدام الحوافز من قبل المعلمات على تحصيل طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس منطقة مبارك الكبير من وجهة نظر المعلمات ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مؤلفة من (20) فقرة، تم توزيعها على (50) من معلمات تلك المرحلة وتم التأكد من صدقها عن طريق عرضها على لجنة من المحكمين من ذو الخبرة والاختصاص من حملة شهادات الدكتوراه ويحملون رتب علمية متفاوتة، وتم التأكد من ثباتها عن طريق معادلة كرونباخ الفا وبعد عملية توزيع الاستبانات وجمعها تم ترميزها وإدخالها الى الحاسوب، ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. وقد بينت الدراسة ان دور استخدام الحوافز من قبل المعلمات على تحصيل طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس منطقة مبارك الكبير من وجهة نظر المعلمات كبير، وبينت ايضا انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في متوسطات استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور استخدام الحوافز من قبل المعلمات على تحصيل طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس منطقة مبارك الكبير تعزى لكل من المتغيرات (التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات أهمها: 1) ضرورة استخدام التحفيز من قبل معلمات المرحلة الأساسية كونه يساعد على تميز التلاميذ بمشاركة فعّالة في الدرس. 2) ضرورة حث معلمات المرحلة الاساسية على استخدام التحفيز كونه يساعد على تميز التلاميذ بالتحضير المسبق للحصة. This study aimed to identify the role of the use of incentives by teachers on the achievement of primary school students in the schools of Mubarak Al-Kabeer area from the teachers ’point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was developed, and it was distributed to (50) of the teachers of that phase. Its validity was verified by presenting it to a panel of experienced and competent arbitrators who hold doctoral degrees and hold varying scientific ranks. Using the statistical package for social sciences. The study showed that the role of using incentives by teachers on the achievement of primary school students in the schools of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer area from the teachers ’point of view is large, and it also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the average responses of the study sample. Towards the role of using incentives by teachers on the achievement of primary school students in Mubarak Al-Kabeer area schools due to each of the variables (specialization, years of experience, academic qualification, place of residence), and based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) the necessity of using motivation by primary school teachers, as it helps pupils to be distinguished by effective participation in the lesson. 2) The necessity of urging primary school teachers to use stimulation, as it helps students distinguish themselves from pre-preparing the session.
