هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن أثر برمجية تعليمية قائمة على الرسوم المتحركة الناطقة في تنمية مهارات القراءة الجهرية لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني الابتدائي، واستُخدم في الدراسة المنهج التجريبي في تصميمه شبه التجريبي وتم اختيار عينة من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الابتدائي من مدرستين تابعتين لمكتب التعليم بغامد الزناد التابع لإدارة التعليم في محافظة المخواة بلغ قوامها (39) تلميذاً، تم تعيينهم إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة الضابطة (تدرس بأسلوب الكتاب المدرسي المعتاد) وعددهم (20) تلميذاً، والمجموعة التجريبية (تدرس باستخدام برمجية تعليمية قائمة على الرسوم المتحركة الناطقة) وعددهم (19) تلميذاً، وتم بناء بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات القراءة الجهرية من كتاب لغتي للصف الثاني الابتدائي والتي بلغ عددها (10) مهارات، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها قبلياً وبعدياً على المجموعتين، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في التطبيق البعدي وأن الفروق هي لصالح متوسط المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات القراءة الجهرية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة الاهتمام بتدريس مهارات القراءة الجهرية لمقرر لغتي بالمرحلة الابتدائية وخصوصاً الصفوف الأولية من خلال استخدام التقنيات التعليمية التي تيسر للمتعلمين اكتساب الخب رات التعليمية المقدمة لهم، والعمل على توظيف الرسوم المتحركة الناطقة في تنمية المهارات اللغوية بصورة عامة، ومهارات القراءة الجهرية بصورة خاصة. The study aimed to detect the impact of educational software based on spoken animation in the development of the skills of reading jahal in the second grade primary school, and The study was used in the pilot method in its semi- experimental design and a sample of second- grade primary students was selected from two school children the 39- year- old school board of education in Al-Makhwah Governorate, assigned to two groups; the 20- pupil control group (taught in the usual textbook style) and that experimental group (taught using educational software) Based on to the 19- student speaking animation a note card was built to measure the reading skills of my language for the second grade of primary school, which numbered 10 skill and after verifying their sincerity and stability was applied triblly and after the two groups, using methods the appropriate statistical group of reached, the most prominent of which was; the existence of statistically significant differences at the level (α0.05) between the average grades of the control and experimental groups in the dimensional application and that the differences are in favor the average of the experimental group. In the results application of the note card, the reading skills of the jahal, and in the light of these results were made a number of recommendations, including; the need to pay attention to the teaching of the skill of reading the ignorance of my language decision at primary level, especially the initial grades through the use of Educational techniques that make it easier for learners to acquire the educational experiences offered to them, and to work to employ speaking animations in the development of language skill in general, and on-the-job reading skills particular.
