هدف البحث إلى التعرّف على واقع القيادة التشاركية لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة خميس مشيط من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من معلمات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة بمحافظة خميس مشيط، والبالغ عددهن (193)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (129)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة مكوّنة من ثلاث محاور رئيسة؛ وهي: (العلاقات الإنسانية، المشاركة في صنع القرار، تفويض السلطة). وأسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج، ومنها: أن متوسط درجة القيادة التشاركية (3.17) بمستوى مشاركة متوسط ولم تصل إلى حد الكفاية (3.4)، فبالنسبة لمحور العلاقات الإنسانية فهي لم تلق التقدير المناسب من وجهة نظر المعلمات؛ حيث كانت درجة التوفّر لها (متوسطة)، أما محور المشاركة في صنع القرار فلم يبلغ حد الكفاية، وكانت درجة التوفّر له (متوسطة)، وحصل محور تفويض السلطة على درجة متوسطة، ولم تصل درجة التفويض حد الكفاية. كما أثبتت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة وفقا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وقد ختم البحث بتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات؛ ومنها: عقد دورات تدريبية لقائدات المدارس الثانوية الخاصة للتعرّف على أنماط القيادة وكيفية تطبيق النمط التشاركي، وإجراء دراسات حول نظم الإدارة المتبعة داخل المدارس ومدى ملائمتها لنمط القيادة التشاركية. The aim of the researcher is to identify the reality of participatory leadership among the private secondary school leaders in Khamis Mushait governorate, from the point of view of the teachers. The study society is one of the (193) secondary school teachers in Khamis Mushait governorate. The sample of the study was randomly selected. The researcher has used the description approach where the questionnaire has designed by consisting of three main axes: (human relations, participate in decision-making, delegation of authority). There are a set of results, we mentioned the most important of them: which is that the average availability of participatory leadership is (3.17) and it doesn't has researched enough. In terms of human relations, the level of availability was moderate, and the axis of participation in decision-making was not sufficient, and the degree of availability was medium. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean. The study ended with a number of recommendations and proposals, including: holding training courses for the leaders of private high schools to identify the leadership patterns and how to apply the participatory style, and conducting studies on the management systems that used in schools and their suitability for the participatory leadership style.
