هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إثرائي وفق اتجاه تعليم STEM في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات الموهوبات في المرحلة المتوسطة، وذلك بإتباع المنهج الشبه تجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (17) طالبة من الطالبات الموهوبات (بالصف الأول متوسط)، واعتمدت الدراسة على الأدوات الآتية: (اختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي- الصورة اللفظية (أ)، وبرنامج إثرائي وفق اتجاه تعليم STEM، وقد توصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,01≥∝) بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي على الدرجة الكلية، والأبعاد الفرعية لاختبار مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات الموهوبات في المرحلة المتوسطة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما تبين بأن البرنامج الإثرائي وفق اتجاه تعليم STEM له فاعلية كبيرة في تنمية كل مهارة من مهارات التفكير الإبداعي، وكذلك له فاعلية كبيرة في تنمية الدرجة الكلية لاختبار مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطالبات الموهوبات في المرحلة المتوسطة، ووفقا لهذه النتائج؛ خلصت الدراسة لعدد من التوصيات، والمقترحات ذات العلاقة. The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of an enrichment program based on the direction of stem education in developing the creative thinking skills for gifted female students in the middle stage, this is done by following the quasi experimental approach in designing one group, the study sample recognized of (17) gifted female students in the middle stage -first intermediate class-, the study depended on the following tools: (Watson- Glasser critical- short form - codified, an enrichment program based on the direction of stem education, the study has reached the following results: there are differences that indicate statistical significance at indication (α≤0.01) between the average marks of the experimental group before and after application on final degree, and the sub dimensions of creative thinking skills test for gifted female students in the middle stage, and it has been shown an enrichment program based on the direction of stem education has a great effectiveness in the development of each skill of creative thinking skills, and also has a great effect in the development of the overall score to test the creative thinking skills for gifted female students in the middle stage, according to these results, the study has concluded a number of recommendations and related suggestions.
