The study aimed to identify the level of organizational climate in Bisha schools from the teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of (4333) teachers, and the sample was (352) teachers. The descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used. The results showed that the level of the organizational climate in the schools of Bisha Governorate was high with a mean of (4.04). The domains were ranked as follows: domain of organizational structure of (M=4.27), domain of communication and work technique (4.25) organizational environments (M=4.18), and administrative procedures and practices (M=3.56). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) according to the variable of experience. While there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of the educational level in favor of the primary level, and the variable of a qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree. The study recommends strengthening teachers and school leaders for a positive organizational climate in their schools and a high organizational commitment. (Published abstract)
