هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في الجامعات السعودية الناشئة. وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الوثائقي والمسحي، وتم التطبيق الميداني على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ عددهم 260 عضوا في كليات جامعة حائل خلال الفترة من 1-15/2/2018. وقد كشفت الدراسة أن أبرز مجالات الشراكة التى تقدمها الجامعة الناشئة للمجتمع. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود عدد من المعوقات ترتبط بالجامعة الناشئة أكبر من ارتباطها بالمجتمع. وقد قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات من أبرزها سن التشريعات اللازمة لتحقيق التعاون بين الجامعة الناشئة والمؤسسات المجتمعية المختلفة لتنفيذ أنشطة المشاركة المجتمعية التي تساعد على خدمة المجتمع وتطوره، وكذلك ضرورة تقديم دورات تأهيلية وتدريبية على مستوى الجامعة لإكساب أعضاء هيئة التدريس مهارات واتجاهات خدمة المجتمع ، بالإضافة إلى أهمية تفعيل مشاركة الأطراف المجتمعية في مجلس الجامعة الناشئة وبخاصة الأطراف ذات العلاقة في تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج. The study aimed to develop a proposed scenario for activating community participation in the emerging Saudi universities. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach in both the documentary and the survey, the field application was carried out on a sample of 260 faculty members in the faculties of Hail University during the period from 1-15 / 2/2018. The study revealed that the most prominent areas of partnership provided by the Emerging University of society, and the results of the study revealed the existence of a number of obstacles associated with the University of emerging greater than the association with the community. The study presented some recommendations, the most important of which are the enactment of the necessary legislation to achieve cooperation between the university and the various community institutions to implement the activities of community participation that help to serve the society and its development, as well as the need to provide training and training courses at the university level to give the faculty members skills and attitudes of community service, activating the participation of the community parties in the emerging council of the university and especially the relevant parties in designing and implementing the programs.
