استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى الرضا المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالوسط القروي المغربي وتحديد العوامل المسؤولة على الرضا وعدم الرضا المهني، كما هدفت الدراسة أيضاً إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة إدراك الرضا المهني العام لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لأربع متغيرات هي: النوع، السن، سنوات الخبرة المهنية ومتغير الانتماء للمجال القروي- مكان العمل. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي العمومي بالوسط القروي (100)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. تم تطبيق استمارة مينيسوتا لقياس الرضا المهني، وقد صممت الإجابات باستخدام سلم ليكرت الخماسي 5-Point Likert Scale. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لمستوى الرضا المهني كان متوسطا. ومن جهة أخرى، بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا المهني تبعاً إلى متغيرات النوع، السن، سنوات الخبرة المهنية ومتغير الإنتماء للمجال القروي- مكان العمل. وفي الأخير تمت مناقشة النتائج على ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة. The current study aimed to determine the level of job satisfaction among teachers of primary education in the Moroccan rural environment and to identify the factors responsible for job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction. The study also aimed to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of perception of general job satisfaction due to four variables: gender, age, experience, and affiliation with the rural Workplace. The descriptive-analytical approach has been used to analyze the data. The study sample consisted of public primary education teachers in rural areas (N 100), which were chosen randomly. The Minnesota Questionnaire was administered to measure job satisfaction, and the answers were designed using the 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that the study subjects estimates of the level of job satisfaction were average. On the other hand, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction depending on the variables of gender, age, experience, and affiliation with the rural Workplace. Finally, the results were discussed in the light of the previous results. (Published abstract)
