استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التوصل إلى صيغة مقترحة لميثاق أخلاقي لاستخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، في ضوء آراء بعض خبراء التربية، وتحديد المتطلبات الضرورية لتفعيل تطبيقه، انطلاقاً من وجود مشكلات كثيرة ومظاهر سلبية لسوء استخدام هذه الشبكات مع ضعف وجود نظم ارشادية وأخلاقية تتعلق بها. استعانت الدراسة بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمة الاستبانة التي تم اعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة مختارة من بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خمس كليات للتربية بالجامعات المصرية، بلغت 50 عضواً، وهي كليات التربية (بشبين الكوم- أشمون- بنها- طنطا- كفر الشيخ). وتوصلت الدراسة الى تحديد عدة أخلاقيات وآداب ينبغي أن تراعي عند استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي انتظمت تحت خمسة عشر بعداً، وهي (الكتابة والتعليقات - إرسال الرسائل على الخاص واستقبالها - نشر الصور والفيديوهات والملفات - الحوار البناء وتبادل الآراء ووجهات النظر- الحفاظ على قيم المجتمع وتماسكه - احترام الخصوصية - مراعاة الآخرين وتقديرهم - نشر المعارف والمعلومات والأخبار - ضبط النفس ورد الفعل - الأديان والمذاهب والمعتقدات - تصميم المدونات الشخصية - تصميم الصفحات الشخصية - إنشاء مجموعات- الإعلان والتسويق (الذاتي والمؤسسي) - الملكية الفكرية). واقترحت الدراسة توافر عدة متطلبات أساسية للوفاء بتفعيل الصيغة المقترحة للميثاق الأخلاقي، وبعض الإجراءات التنفيذية اللازمة لتطبيقه. The present study aimed at reaching a proposed formula for an Ethics Pact for the use of social networks, in the light of the opinions of some education experts, and determining the necessary requirements to activate its application. The descriptive approach, using the questionnaire that was prepared, codified and applied to a selected sample of some faculty members from five faculties of education in Egyptian universities, amounted to 50 members, namely the faculties of education (Be shebin Kom, Ashmoun, Banha, Tanta and Kafr El Sheikh). The study identified several ethics and ethics that should be taken into consideration when using social networks organized within fifteen dimensions: writing and commenting, sending and receiving messages, publishing pictures, videos and files, constructive dialogue and exchange of opinions and views , preserving the values and cohesion of society, Respect for privacy - Respect and appreciation of others - Dissemination of knowledge, information and news - Restraint and reaction - Religions, doctrines and beliefs - Design of personal blogs - Design of personal pages - Creation of groups - Advertising and marketing (self and institutional) - Intellectual property. The study suggested the availability of several basic requirements to fulfill the proposed wording of the Ethics Pact and some of the necessary executive procedures to implement it.
