يعد توفير خطة إستراتيجية لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء المعايير القومية لرياض الأطفال كمدخل للتخطيط والتطوير لهذه المؤسسات من أهم القضايا التي ينبغي أن يوليها المسؤولين عن التعليم عامة ومؤسسات رياض الأطفال خاصة قدرا كبيرا من العناية والبحث، وذلك لأن مرحلة رياض الأطفال من أهم المراحل التي يمر بها الطفل خلال حياته، و لها أكبر الأثر في تنمية شخصية الطفل من جميع الجوانب المختلفة، و تؤثر علي مدي نجاحه في مراحل التعليم التالية. البحث الحالي يسعي إلي وضع خطة إستراتيجية مقترحه لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء المعايير القومية لرياض الأطفال ،من خلال تحديد الأهداف الإستراتيجية لتلك المؤسسات والتحليل البيئي لها للتعرف علي واقع البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال. ومن أهم ما توصل إليه البحث الحالي: 1) أن هناك نقاط قوة وضعف وفرص وتحديات تؤثر علي تطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال وتلبيتها لمتطلبات المعايير القومية. 2) أن هناك فجوة بين الواقع الحالي والمأمول لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، و لابد من وضع بدائل إستراتيجية لسدها ومساعدة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال علي تحقيق المعايير القومية. 3) تقديم خطة إستراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء المعايير القومية. The provision of a strategy for the development of kindergarten institutions plan in the light of the national standards for kindergarten as an input for the planning and development of these institutions of the most important issues that should be attached by those responsible for public education and institutions kindergarten especially a great deal of research attention, because the kindergarten of the most important stages throughout the child during his lifetime, and have the greatest impact in the child's personality from all the different aspects of development, and affecting the degree of success in the following stages of education. The current research seeks to develop a proposal for the development of kindergarten institutions in the light of national standards for kindergarten strategic plan, by selecting the strategic objectives of these institutions and environmental analysis have to get to know the reality of the internal and external environment for enterprises kindergarten. The most important findings of the current study results: 1) that there are strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and challenges affecting the development of kindergartens and institutions to meet the requirements of national standards. 2) that there is a gap between the current reality and expectations for the development of kindergarten institutions and must develop a strategy to fill them alternatives and help kindergarten Ali institutions to achieve national standards. 3) Provide a proposed strategic plan for the development of kindergarten institutions in the light of national standards.
