هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى استفادة أولياء أمور والطلاب من الخدمات التي يقدمها المربع الإلكتروني، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه أولياء الأمور في أثناء تفاعلهم مع الخدمات التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني، وتحديد مدى مشاركة أولياء الأمور في تقويم الخدمات التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم، وتقديم المقترحات التى يمكن أن تسهم فى تحقيق مزيد من استفادة أولياء أمور والطلاب من الخدمات التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1) ما يتصل بالصعوبات التي تواجه أولياء الأمور في أثناء تفاعلهم مع الخدمات التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني وتشمل: قلة الوعي بنوعية الخدمات التربوية التي يوفرها المربع الإلكتروني، وعدم توافر دورات تدريبية لأولياء الأمور لتدريبهم على كيفية التفاعل مع المربع الإلكتروني والاستفادة من خدماته، عدم امتلاك المهاراتاللازمةللتفاعل مع المربع الإلكتروني، الاعتقاد بعدم وجود أهمية تدعو للتفاعل مع المربع الإلكتروني. 2) ما يتصل بآراء أولياء أمور الطلاب في نوعية الخدمات التربوية المتوافرةعلى المربع الإلكتروني وتشمل: تساعد المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني الطالب على تدارك ما سبق دراسته" و"عدم تهيئة الطلاب لاستقبال المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني، تتوافر فرص تعديل المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني وغيرها، وتزيد المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني فرص التواصل والتعاون بين المعلم وأولياء الأمور. 3) ما يتصل بمشاركة أولياء الأمور في تقويم الخدمات التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني يشمل: عدم الاهتمام بآراء الطلاب حول المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني، ومشاركة المتخصصين في المواد الأكاديمية في تقييم المواد التربوية المتوافرة على المربع الإلكتروني. This study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by parents in the course of their interaction with the educational services available to the mail box, and the disclosure of the views of parents of students in the educational services available to the mail box, and determine the extent of the participation of parents in the evaluation of educational services available to the mail box of a destination their view, the study relied on the descriptive method, and the results of the study concluded that: 1) Related difficulties faced by parents in the course of their interaction with the educational services available to the mail box and include: lack of awareness of the quality of educational services provided by the mail box which, and the lack of training courses for parents to train them on how to interact with mail box and take advantage of its services, non-possession skills necessary to interact with the mail box, the belief that there is no important calls to interact with the mail box. 2) What connects the views of parents of students in the quality of educational services available on the mail box and include: help educational materials available on the student-mail box to remedy the above study "and" non-students create to receive educational materials available on the mail box, available opportunities amendment educational materials available the mail box and others, and increase educational materials available on the mail box communication and cooperation between the teacher and parents opportunities. 3) What is the involvement of parents in the evaluation of educational services available to the mail box includes: lack of attention to the views of students about the educational materials available on the mail box, and the participation of specialists in academic subjects in the evaluation of educational materials available on the mail box.
