The study aimed at The level of institutional performance among heads of a departments in community colleges in Gaza governorates in the light of Reengineering requirements from the point of view of faculty members, the study followed the descriptive approach in its analytical field, and the sample of the study was a random sample consisted of (149) faculty member from the middle faculties, represented 61% of the study population. The main findings of the study were: 1) The total score of the members of the study sample of the faculty members at The level of institutional performance among heads of a departments in community colleges in the light of Reengineering requirements obtained a relative weight (83.71%) that is a big score. 2) While there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average estimation of the study sample of the faculty members at The level of institutional performance in the light of Reengineering requirements, due to sex and the scientific qualification. 3) Whereas there were differences in evaluation due to qualification and the differences are for PHD holders. 4) There were no statistically significant differences between the mean of estimation of the study sample members of the faculty members at the level (communication, organizational structure, evaluation) in light of the requirements of engineering attributable to the variable of years of service, while there were differences between the mean of the study sample estimation to those with less than 5 years of service and 10 years or more of service in the field of "control' and the differences were in favor to those with less than 5 years of service.
