The object of this study is to assess the extent of the practice directors manegers for qualitify supervision as teachers views at al Dammam eastern region in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study formed by 128 teachers. The questionnaire included fourth fields: planning, career or professional growth, improve and update academic curricula and human relations for collecting data. After implanting the method of study, the results show the high uses for practice of directors for qualitify supervision with mean 3.82, where the planning got the highest mean 4.17, then human relations with mean 3.87, lastly career or professional growth has 3.45. The results show there are a difference depend on experience among all fields exept at improve and update academic curricula field. (Published abstract)
