هدف هذا البحث إلی الكشف عن اثر استراتجیة قائمة علي التفاعل الإلكترونی بینإستراتیجیتی المشاریعوالمناقشةفی تنمیة مهارات إنتاج بیئات التدریب الإلكترونی لدی طلاب الدراسات العلیا بكلیة التربیة ولتحقیق ذلك قام الباحث  بتقسیم عینة الدراسة التي تكونت من 96 طالب إلی ثلاث مجموعات :المجموعة التجریبیة الاول تكونت من 32  طالب تدرس عبر إستراتیجیة المشاریع الالكترونیة والمجموعة التجریبیة الثانیة تكونت من 32 طالب  تدرس عبر إستراتیجیة المناقشة الإلكترونیة أماالمجموعة التجریبیة الثالثة تكونت من 32  طالب فتدرس عن طریق التفاعل بین الإستراتیجیتین وذلك من أجل تنمیة مهارات إنتاج بیئات التدریب الإلكترونی بشقیها المعرفی والأدائی لدی طلاب الدراسات العلیا مهنی مناهج وبرامج بكلیة التربیة وذلك لوجود قصور وضعف لدی الطلاب فی مهارات إنتاج بیئات التدریب الإلكترونی  وقام الباحث باستخدام مجموعه من الأدوات مثل الاختبار التحصیلی وذلك لقیاس الجانب المعرفی لهذه المهارات وبطاقة الملاحظة لقیاس الجانب الأدائی لتلك المهارات وأیضا بطاقة لتقییم البیئة التی یقوم الطلاب بإنتاجها ، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلی وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة  للمجموعة التجریبیة الثالثة التی درست عن طریق التفاعل بین الإستراتیجیتین. كما اظهرت  النتائج وصول افراد المجموعة التجریبیة الثالثة في الجانب المعرفي و الادائي الي مستوي الإتقان  وذلك یرجع للطریقة التی درست بها هذه المجموعة حیث أنها تحتوی علی التغذیة الراجعة المناسبة كما أنها تراعی الفروق الفردیة بین الطلاب.وتحتوي علي التفاعل المتعدد منخلال التأثیر علی حواس  متعددة في المتعلم عن طریق تعدد التفاعل .لو لم یقم الباحث بإجراء هذا البحث لأهمل الطلاب إنتاج بیئات التدریب الإلكترونیالتي نحن في حاجة ماسة إلیها للظروف المناخیة و الاقتصادیة و البعد السكاني  والتغیرفي محتوي المهارات الذي یحتاج الى تغیر مستمر. This research aimed at identifying the effect of the interaction between electronic projects strategy and electronic discussion strategy to develop the skills of producing electronic training environments among graduate students at the Faculty of Education .To achieve this objective the researcher divided the study sample which consisted of (96) students randomly and equally into three experimental groups. The first experimental group studied by electronic projects strategy ,the second experimental group studied by electronic discussion strategy and the third experimental group studied by the interaction between the two strategies in order to develop the skills of producing electronic training environments among graduate students department of Curriculum and Programs at the Faculty of Education because they have deficiencies and weaknesses in the skills of producing electronic training environments. The researcher used a range of tools such as the achievement test to measure the cognitive achievement of these skills, observation sheet to measure the performance of these skills and also another sheet to assess the environment which the students produced. The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in cognitive achievement and performance in skills of producing electronic training environments among the groups in favor of the third group attributable to the teaching mode which included giving appropriate feedback and it took into account individual differences among the students and in favor of using the interaction between the two strategies. Besides, the subjects of the third experimental group reached the mastery level in both the cognitive domain and performance. (Published abstract)
