This study aimed to design a proposed manual for field education, in light of the total quality standards. To achieve the goals of the study, the researchers have designed (56) total quality standards in field education, referred by a group of experts in the field of quality, in light of which the manual statements have been written under 4 pivots representing the pivots of the proposed manual - objectives of field education, the content of field education, duties of concerned parts of field education, elements of evaluating the student teacher in the form of a questionnaire for evaluating the importance of each statement. After confirming its validity and reliability, a deliberate sample included all faculty members in the Department of Education, faculty of Education and Arts, Northern Borders University have been intentionally subjected to answer the statements. The results of the study showed the manual components in light of the total quality as follows: First: Objectives of field education: (14) objectives, have been all accepted by the study sample. Second: The content of field education: (21) phrases have been all accepted by the study sample. Third: The duty of each individual involved in field education: (12) for Academic Supervisor have been all accepted, (13) for the cooperating teacher have been all accepted, (12) for the school principal have been all accepted, (15) for student teacher has (13) of which have been accepted and two have been rejected for being of less importance, according to the opinion of the study sample. Fourth: Elements of student teacher evaluation (22) elements have been all accepted by the study sample. (Published abstract)
